Perry Rabbitts was born in Reading, Berkshire, UK and has always lived there. He worked for seven years at Thames Water plc. where he became an internal auditor. Then Perry part-qualified in Certified Accountancy and did a range of bookkeeping and accounts roles. In 2000 Perry changed his career direction away from accounts to concentrate on his spiritual activities, study counselling, work to produce the 'noumic' inventions, and develop new sources of spiritual information.

Perry Rabbitts has 9 'O' levels and 'A' levels in Mathematics and Further Mathematics. From 1999 Perry studied at Reading University and in 2004 was awarded a certificate in extended education in counselling and psychology. Perry has completed, at grade A, Spiritualist National Union courses in 'the phenomena of Spiritualism' and 'Public Presentation.' Within Spiritualism he has developed clairvoyant mediumship abilities.
