In my dream diary pages I record my normal and 'lucid' dreams. Lucid dreams are where I have awareness that I am dreaming, my conscious mind wakes up but I stay in the dream world.
My general diary pages record events and progress on my own path of spiritual development and identify significant achievements along the way.
